Following ISMANAM tradition, a prize will
be awarded during the conference dinner to the participating
scientist considered to have made the most significant
contribution over the previous two years in the area of
Metastable and Nanocrystalline Materials. The results must
be presented in a paper at ISMANAM 2000 and copies of papers
describing the candidate's contributions should be provided
(max. 6 papers). Any participating scientist is eligible and
each candidate's details should be sent to the chairman of
the Local Organizing Committee. Previous ISMANAM laureates
are not eligible.
A second prize will be awarded to a young
participating scientist under 35 years of age on June 24th,
2001.
